1:30 am woke up itching in the scalp, face and hands. There were three bed bugs crawling on the bed. Saved 2 bugs for hotel management to see. We were transferred to another room 1240 at 2:30 am . Clothes we were wearing was washed and dried and delivered to us in the Morning. In the morning manager told us that the case was reported to the state and. Professional will be inspecting the room . We were not provided with a report , as the state had not responded yet . They asked for our email and phone number to inform us about the bed bug report . They were willing to refund the stay but we had to go through Orbitz and from our experience in the past, this is a very arduous process.

I checked in on 2/16 and woke up at 3am because a bug was crawling on me. I jumped up and sure enough it was a bed bug. I checked the rest of the bed and there were several on the back of the top of the bed. I told the guy at the front desk and he was over apologetic and said that he would start a refund process for me. He told me that he would message his supervisor and let them know as well. I am battling with Groupon for a refund.
