10/14/20-10/15/20 The hotel looked nice and clean and smelled good. Lobby Staff was courteous and professional. Manager was not there. He called while we were on the road and still very upset/stressed/sick over being covered in bites and worried about spreading it to my brother's home. The manger was very apologetic. There is no excuse for a visible infestation so bad there were all stages and sizes of bed bugs. We had luggage and bedding for 3 people/8 days in the car. We were refunded $19.74, which doesn't even cover the cost to wash and dry everything. I have pictures of the bites and the bugs between the sheets.
