July 22nd-23rd 2024, we stayed only one night which was cut short when we discovered at least 2 bedbugs in the bed early on the morning of the 23rd. Boyfriend and i were both sleeping in the bed and were both bitten on arms, legs and back. We reported to management who pretended not to know what bed bugs looked like (we showed them pictures of the bugs we found in our bed next to pictures of bed bugs from Google and he acted baffled and made some excuse that he had been out of town for three days). We asked for trash bags to isolate our clothes and luggage. He initially gave us shopping bags. We requested trash bags two more times before he finally relented after we loudly said "We need bags large enough to hold luggage contaminated by bedbugs from this hotel." Hopefully other guests heard us and checked out! We demanded a refund and were thankfully at least given that. There was mold all over this hotel, too.
