Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

I checked in to sunrise inn on July 3rd 2019 booked 2 night. I went to bed and when I woke up at 5:30 am july 4th, I had 4 bites, one on each forearm, one on my right hand and one on my jawline. At around 6:30 am I went down and showed the desk clerk, she offered to put us in a new room after checkouts were done.(around 1pm) We went to check out at 1:30. No one seemed to be concerned with the news nor the reaction I was having. I am allergic and swell up really fast and bad. They only refunded us for the second night because we didn't stay.
