I have bed bugs all over my room and I was switched to another room where there is more bed bugs and ticks. The manager didn\'t care and prepared the room for another guest. The customer service wa ms horrible. They didn\'t care about me at all. They refused to refund me. Have to go to corporate from here. I do not recommend anyone staying at this hotel.

Stayed October 19, 2015 Was bitten all over body. Contacted manager he confirmed the previous report on this site as well admitting to an additional room with problems. 4 rooms total. Offered refund, but wont issue any help with medical bills or home infestation. Basically said when you stay at a hotel, these things can happen. Will be contacting corporate.

Stayed in room 211 for 4 days - on the last day the bed was hurting my back so bad I slept on the floor - As I was driving home the following day, I started getting very itchy - when I got home I had approx 5000 bites all over my body - I immediately called the Hotel and Management asked me; What do you want us to do about it" I told them to spray the room and they said they could not they were 100% booked and could not ask a guest to vacate the room! The next day I woke up with even more bites (It seemed) and went to Urgent care- Dr said it was from Mites and am now on medicine.
