Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

3 large bugs in the room. Management offered to switch to another room but I was checking out shortly after I contacted them. Management was not responsive at all!! We followed up with the management and posted online messages however they have not responded to us to this day. The hotel parent IHG said they would take it up with the management but nothing has happened. They have never even called us back. They didn't even comp our room, or anything else

08/05/17 entered room 222 at about 12:30-12:45 am. Moved pillows on left side of bed to enter bed, found bug on pillow. (I thought it was a black piece of fuzz) Put bug under a glass on night stand. Called front desk told them about bug, and that I was leaving. Went to front desk, front desk girl apologized. I asked for a refund but was told I had to request it from Expedia. Girl told me to tell Expedia to call her to confirm. I was issued a refund from Expedia.
