I checked my daughter in, shes been in room 205 for 2 days, ill and sleeping. She got up because she was itching and uncomfortable to find her blood on the sheets and bugs in both beds. She went downstairs and spoke with Sarah at the desk who sent maintenance. Maintenance confirmed that yes the beds were full of bugs, where she has been sleeping! What makes me angry is Sarah lying and saying the hotel has never had bugs before ever. But they keep a heat light "jist in case". So now her belongings will have to withstand heat not designed to withstand. I feel if there are problems, management should be obligated to inform you, so you can make an educated decision about checking in or not. I have her on video straight up lying. I expected more from Choice hotels. I tried, during business hours to reach their corporate office, but was left on never ending hold. Basically they caused a HUGE situation, lied to our face, and we are left holding the bag. Always read reviews 1st!
