Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

July 7th, 2019 We found a bed bug crawling next to my 3 month old baby. We (husband, daughters , and myself) have bites on different parts of our body. Two employees confirmed that it was definitely a bed bug what we had found. There was no manager at the time for us to complain or talk to. I had to call corporate to file a claim. The receptionist called her manager over the phone and the only solution they gave us was to leave all of our stuff for them to wash and they were going to mail them to us.

I stayed there at the beginning of June from June 6th to the 9th when I got home for the next two weeks my daughter had small bites on her that we couldn't explain then my mom mentioned they could be bedbugs and about the same time a bed bug ran across a blanket on our bed I called customer service and did a report and that's about all I got let me add this is the first place outside of my house we stayed at in three or four years so first vacation in 4 years ended with bed bugs that I've now been dealing with for a month now
