On March 24, 2017, our family was awaked around 3:00 am by fire alarms going off. We hung out in the lobby for about ten minutes or so before being informed by the fire department that it was a boiler room sensor malfunction and it was safe to go back to our rooms. Once back in our room, my daughter, who immediately got back in bed was pulling blankets over her noticed a bug on the blanket. After close inspection we realized is was definitely a bedbug. My son started lifting pillows on the other bed for inspection when to our horror, another bedbug crawling on the sheets. My family immediately started gathering our belongings to vacate the room when we saw another one crawling on one of the bed skirts. We took some photos and informed the staff. They offered us a full refund and was willing to put us in another room. We expressed how we wanted to go to a completely different motel. They were very willing and paid for those accommodations at a nearby Motel 8. After doing some reading about bedbugs tonight I realize these nasty pests can be lurking in any motel room. Thank God for the fire alarms going off or we may have never known as I've read how they are active at night and hide during the day. I will admit, although this was a huge inconvenience to our family, I'm thankful to say Comfort Inn took care of our expenses to stay elsewhere at our request.

Checked room upon arrival. Beds seemed okay. Coworker started complaining of neck itching while sitting in the chair. As soon as I laid in bed my leg started itching. We checked the beds so didn’t think much of it. The following day after checking out we noticed little bites on us that are tale-tell signs of bed bugs. I called the hotel and he told me that they have not had any reports or bed bugs IN THAT ROOM!. He assured me that he would contact the operations manager to get the problem taken care of Checked in on 11/30/21 @ 5pm Checked out on 12/1/21 @ 7am

Currently on the phone with customer relations. I stayed at this location last night March 18 and woke up with several dozen bed bug bites on the upper half of my body. Completely disgusted and blown away by how the hotel staff and customer relations is handling this situation. Hotel staff responded with, “Okay.” And silence afterwards and customer relations offered me 4000 points when the room cost me 8,000 points and $80 or $115. Stay far away from the entire hotel. The dryer didn’t work either.
