Saw one on my pillow as I was falling asleep. I squished it and was full of blood. Shook out my pillow and 3 more fell out which were also full of blood when I squished them. I took photos first though! Pulled the bed away from the wall and found some empty bug shells/skins, lots of pubes and a condom (thankfully still in the wrapper). We called the front desk and the lady came up and checked it out and agreed that housekeeping hadn't been doing their job in addition to the bug problem. She apologized and took us to a new room on the first floor. We checked it out and agreed to stay. In the morning we were told our credit card would be fully refunded. After 8 days and several e-mails later I finally did receive a full refund.
