Entered room 238 on 2-24-16 to be suspicious why mattress and box spring are covered and strap tide.I cut the tie to bed pad covering and OUT FALL THE BEDBUGS.Office acted shocked but imbarrassed cause I made sure anyone around heard and knew to check their rooms.NASTY SCAMMING BUG INFESTED PLACE SHAME ON YOU

Woke up 1am to itching on wrist. Went back to sleep. In the morning I woke up to bites on my neck and hairline. I also had three bites on the back of my left arm and two bites on my right arm and also bites on my right leg. I notified hotel that my son and I will be checking out early due to my bites (my son never had one bite). Because I had prepaid with Hotels. Com. They couldn't refund me any room money, but they did remove the valet parking fee. Was so disappointed, the room looked beautiful.

Checked into Cleveland Radisson Gateway Saturday 4/1/2017 Checked out Monday 4/3/2017 I did my normal inspection for bed bugs and didn't see signs of them. Monday 830 am found a bed bug crawling on the bathroom floor I wrapped it in a tissue. I was frantic! My husband had to calm me down. My Brother and sister n law were in room 706 I called the manager. I didn't want to make a scene. The manager sent maintenance to confirm and needless to say I'm writing this report. The manager didn't act like it was a big deal. He didnt apologize in fact I never seen him. He said he would credit me my points back. I had to ask for that. He didn't apologize. I called my credit card they said he was only going to credit my points = to one night. I said I spent 2 nights with bed bugs not 1. I called their corporate and the rep said there are things they're supposed to do to help prevent the bugs from traveling. The hotel did none of that. This is still not resolved. I pray none of the bugs traveled home with us.

I checked in on 6/20/19 at 11pm at checked out on 6/21/19 around 6am. When I checked in I noticed the room I was staying in was not clean immediately. There were stains on the bedding, still wet gum stuck on the carpets, the carpets felt sticky in general, there was coffee or something else splattered and dried on the tv, and the mini fridge didn’t work. I lifted up part of the mattress shortly after entering the room and noticed a small round brown thing was stuck on the base, but I could not tell if it was a dead bug or a stain so I put the mattress back down and decided to stay the night despite my greater instincts to leave. The next morning when I woke up and got off the bed, I immediately noticed a crawling bed bug still alive right where I was laying that night. I took pictures and video of it. I told the front desk about this experience in the hopes of getting my money back but since the manager was not on duty all I was told is that the front desk attendant would tell the manager about my experience. I offered to show my proof that there was bed bugs in my room but the attendant said she didn’t need to see them because some people have already brought the issue up before and brought the bugs themselves down to show her. So clearly they know they have a problem.
