The bed bug (cimex lectularius) attack occurred during the early morning hours of March 14th, 2019. I had been in the room the previous two nights, as well, and had the spent previous day from 10:30 AM in the room as well due to a job postponement. Upon waking on March 14th at 5:50 AM, I discovered a tiny black insect roaming the sheets and upon capture I discovered that it was filled with blood. Not immediately realizing what I was dealing with, I destroyed it and inspected the sheets, discovering only tiny black marker-like dots - but no further bugs. I left a note for housekeeping and checked out of the hotel for work. As the day progressed, I discovered dozens (literally) of mosquito-bite like welts on my arms, hands, torso, back and forehead, many of which presented in a "track-like" fashion. After doing a little research, I concluded this was likely a bedbug attack. The following morning, I contacted the hotel's general manager "Ash", and he assured me my accommodation would be refunded to cover the cost of my luggage following an investigation by a pest professional and evidence that I had, in fact, purchased new luggage. I sent an email detailing my stay as well as photographic evidence of the new luggage I purchased the following day. On Tuesday, March 19th I received a full refund for my stay.

May 17-24 2021 Manager didn’t take accountability they moved me to another room . Tore into the mattress and put poison and put towels on bottom of door . I have pictures to prove all the bed bugs bites . I would of left unfortunately there was no other place to stay .
