My family and I booked a two day stay here for Thanksgiving weekend 2018. After the first night my family and I were eaten alive and had to leave with our 6 month old at midnight. We took pictures for documentation, even brought one down to the front desk. We were ignored and thrown through the ringer with corporate. They never refunded us for our whole stay. We have since started a complaint/case with the better business borough. I have scars on my body from these bites. It is horrifying that a corporate company can let this happen to its guests and ignore it.

2/16/19 Reported to management they reported they need to find the bed bugs and call a pest control to find them, if they find them they will issue a check.

Me and my granddaughter checked in at the comfort inn on July 2, 2020 in the evening. We stayed overnight, we checked in and left right out to get some dinner and when we arrived back around 11pm, we showered and went to bed. The next morning I was showering and notice I had bites on my left side on my shoulder and near my armpit in back and bites on my left side of my breast. It was the side I had a pillow resting under my arm. I was unsure what it was and got a appointment with my doctor and it was confirmed to be bedbug bites. I am so upset about it, I am reporting this so that you can check your rooms.
