Arrived 7/16/2017 at 4:35pm and checked into Rm 418 for our stay to go to Six Flags the following day. On 7/17/2017, we noticed my son had red marks all over his thighs and legs. We took photos and everything of his legs and I talked with the staff at the hotel front desk who informed me I had to wait for the manager, Kia Proctor the following day when she came in. I was moved to another room since I was informed I was already billed for my second day at the hotel and that the new tower is where I would be moved to which were newer rooms. We checked out of Rm 418 and moved into Rm 234 for 7/17/2017. The morning of 7/18/2017, I asked for the manager, which they informed me she was not in yet so I reiterated what happened and the front desk staff again informed me that Kia Proctor needed to handle the situation but she wasn't there. One of the staff people did mention this issue has happened several times before and nothing has been done about it. The hotel should be shut down and thoroughly cleaned since these are only going to spread. I gave the front desk all my contact information since I had to get on the road and check out of the room on 7/18/2017 and Kia Proctor didn't call me to follow up or to check on the situation as of yet. I called the hotel and have asked for her and left a voicemail on 7/18/2017 about 2:15pm and will continue to call or email until I can get a response.
