Jan 21st 2023 - Jan 22nd 2023 10:42am 1/23/2023 saw a bedbug crawling on the bedsheets. Killed it with a tissue and took pictures. Reported to front desk attendant who was very apologetic. Texted the images to her as the manager was not on duty. We had to call multiple times and eventually reached the manager on the 25th. He was less than helpful and accused us of faking the photos, not realizing they are geo-tagged and time stamped. He became very frustrated and hung up the phone on my partner. He also accused us of checking out late saying he spoke to a woman that said we'd be checking out after 1pm but there was never a woman in our room and we checked out at 10:45am. Corporate had to get involved and refunded us for the room
