Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Quality inn & suites. Checked in an saw bed bug under sink. Immediately tried to call down to front desk. Phone was broke also. Ran down asked clerk to send manager to roo. 219 . He put blame on me stating I brought it in with me. I requested my room rate refunded. The general manager Curtis refused to do this. He did offer a different room I refused and just wanted refunded for a room I did not even stay. Curtis the GM) told me do not call or return to the property. He refused to give me the owners name. AND THIS IS WHY BED BUGS JUST KEEP SPREADING SO QUICKLY. POOR management and unprofessional.
