We had a family vacation at this resorts from Feb 17th to 24th; second night I stayed in the room of 116 my body started keeping itching especially my right arm around 2-4 am; then my left leg itching; at this point I open my light and saw a bed bug; I quickly squeezed it to death; then take a picture and called front desk service and asked take call the bed sheets and brought some new bed sheet for the night and asked changed to 386. I called the manager second day and reported the event. Two managers came to that room and check, but did not find anything. Next day my body started itching and developed multiple rashes in my right arm and right upper chest and left leg; I took pictures to send the manager. One of the manager did call me apologized and offered my half of the HVC points (4000); I said no; when I checked out on Feb 24th; I went to the front desk and talked to a Manager who promised to refund me all 8000 HVC points by email. However, this manager is a completely liar; he never did what he promised and did not want to me report the event. I saved all the communications with the managers and all the pictures I took for my body rashes.
