I visiting family from california. I noticed alot of bites around my ankle annd back of my shoulders. My family had to pay for alot of bug sprays and for termenator because we have infant children living with us. I have bites all over my back and worst on my arms. This is very nusuence and my whole body is itching and my family moved out back to california. Ctazy apt.complex is infested and neighbors have complained also of same thing!

We stayed for 3 nights in this hotel. We came home a few days ago and both my husband and I have bed bug bites all over our backs. Not happy!

I reported to "Risk Management" that I had awoken with a bug bite on my arm. This was during the night of February 19th/20th 2014. I know it happened sometime during the night because I did not have it after I took my shower, just before I went to bed. I noticed when I woke up at 7:30am. As I was working at the convention it started to get worse as the day went on. I didn't think I would need to make a report later that night because of how bad the swelling and pain got. Within a couple of hours I had to take a taxi to the ER because it was starting to become more red and painful. I have pictures of how bad it got within a week. The doctors prescribed me 2 antibiotics and 1 for pain. My other coworker who was staying in another room down the hall got bit multiple times on the leg. (His did not get infected like mine) The doctor(s), who treated me; diagnosed it as "infected insect bite (abscess), the taxi driver who transported me to the Hospital mentioned that they have transported someone very recently because they too had been bitten by some type of bed bug from that hotel. The hotel has breached its duty to provide hotel rooms free of biting pests. I have experienced medical expenses, pain, anxiety, grief, and fear. The expenses I incurred are: medical treatment costs, medication costs, taxi transportation to and from the hospital, and medical records fee and mailing out letters to try and resolve it with them first before taking it to court. My job that I have was modeling for 3 different lines. And I was also a sales representative for one of the brands at that time.

October 26-30 2016 I complain about the room and nothing got done until the 3rd night. The supervisor of housekeeping made my room. The 1st night I slept in sheets that wasn't change and blood and come stains was in the sheets I slept in didn't notice until the morning. Day 3 broke out real bad and the bites was really noticeable than. I had bites on my neck and back and face and ears. Went to hospital for treatment. Took them home with me to. Risk management offer me a free night and my money back that I spent the 4 days I stayed there. I'm Not happy yet. Still got the bites track on me of the pattern of how they attack you.
