Found large adult bed bug in bed after waking with several rashes contacted hotel staff and took photos and a video. ChanGeddes rooms and the hotel is doing an inspection. I asked them to launder my clothing they said no and treated me like I was faking it. Terrible experience

1) Bed bug bites all over guests staying in west wing, 16th floor, room 324 2) Hotel contacted and supervisor said that they will be closing room and having a professional review done and report back in three days on whether the review was positive for bugs.

I stayed at MGM Grand from 6/30-7/04/21. The second night there I woke up because my legs were intensely itching. It was so bad I had to take a shower for relief. I reported the issue Saturday because I couldn’t take it anymore and requested that my linen be changed. 3 hours later someone came to change it. I went to the store and purchase Benadryl for the itching and rubbing alcohol. I sprayed the bed that night. On the 4th as I was preparing my things to check out I saw the bed bug crawling on the bed. I reported to management. They sent security to take the report. I never even got to speak to a manager. The security rep gave me a copy of the report and a voucher for me and my friends to eat at one of the restaurants. The security rep wouldn’t even come in the room. I wanted to show him the bug. I took a picture and video. The rep told me the procedure was to have the incident investigated and they would get back to me.
