Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

1. 4/17/25 - 4/20/25 2. Vacasa rental booked through Vrbo for The Seasons at Keystone [97 Lake Ridge Cir. Unit #1859 Keystone, CO 80435] - both Vrbo and Vacasa customer service were responsive but the local management that was supposed to reach out and come bring supplies never did. Two people that slept in the bunk bed different nights both woke up covered in bites. We pulled back the sheets and found evidence of bed bugs [brown/blood spots on the mattress] We then got confirmation from Vacasa that a similar report FOR THAT SAME UNIT was filed in March 2025, and we found a TripAdvisor review from Feb 2025. They were aware of the issue did nothing about it and continued to rent out the unit.
