4/5/2025 I had a bed bug crawl on me. I went to the front office to report it Clerk came to the room and claimed he seen no signs and acted as if I made it up, I told him if I see anymore I will put them in a plastic cup and bring it to you, he said ok, within an hour 2 bed bugs was found on the sheets of the bed I was laying on I picked them up with a piece of tissue put them in a cup and took them to the front desk, I told the clerk here is 2 more bed bugs found in the opposite bed of the first discovery of the initial bed bug, he I asked to change rooms he said none was available I asked for a refund and was told I would need to contact after 9 am. I left the hotel at 330 am bc I had already had a few bites on me so I am waiting to see if this matter will be handled if not then I will leave there and go straight to an attorneys office for a consultation.
