On Feb 24th I called my apt office and they said they would send over pest control to take care of the bed bugs but did not provide a date. On Feb 28th I received a phone call that the exterminators could not go in due to my dog being there and would have to reschedule for March 7th. On March 7th I removed my dog from the apt and paid close attention to my doorbell camera and never saw anyone arrive all day. I texted the office to ask when the exterminators would arrive and they asked, "Hello, what apartment are you in?" OFFICE: Did you request to be put on the pest control list last week or this week? ME: Well, they were supposed to arrive last Friday, Feb 28th, for bed bugs but then it was changed to today. OFFICE: Ok let me confirm with ABC Pest control technician, have you confirmed that there is a presence of bed bugs? ME: Yes, we have seen them in the nymph and adult stage. They seem to be coming from the walls. (OFFICE never responded after that) On March 15th and 19th I saw adult bedbugs. I messaged the OFFICE again on March 19th. ME: "Hello, I never got a follow up in regards to this bed bug issue in my apartment. I'm starting to notice more and more adult bugs and I am having a hard time sleeping due to the itch from them biting. I have purchased my own bedbug sprays but am still seeing them more often. Is there anything you can do to get rid of them?" (I also attached photos of the bed bugs and never got a text message reply because they called me to inform me that I would have to pay over $300 to have the exterminators stop by to treat my apt.)
