Made reservations here for Sept. 24, 2024 thru Oct. . 8, 2024. Second day , on the 25th, my wife felt kind of itchy. That night she wakes me up in middle of the night that her bed had bed bugs and she was getting bitten up. She went downstairs to the front desk to inform them, they had no more rooms so we had to go to a motel next door at 3:00 in the morning. In the morning I took my wife to ER, that's how many bites she had. Home2suites didn't charge for that night but we had to pay next door. After the hospital we went back to Home2suites to get a new room but first had to wash every bit of our clothes before taking suite cases up. Home2suites gave us change and soap to do our clothes. That was the only compensation that we received for this ordeal that we went thru. Corporate would not even do anything for us.There was also a second ER visit because of a reaction she was having. My wife ended up with 40-to 50 bites! I am a Hilton Honors member and this is how we were treated. On top of all of this they overcharged me for for all other days after the first day. I will never stay there again!
