Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Checked in room 405 after 9pm for my weekend at work on 01/24/25-01/27/25. After about 4 hours I felt something crawling on me. Turned on the light and adult bedbug was in the sheet. I immediately put it in a cup and went to the front desk. The night person just said sorry and would let the manager know. I told them no I was checking out right then and wanted my refund. Also asked for 8 trash bags to put my belongings in so I wouldn't spread them or take them home if they were in my stuff. The night person came back with 2 trash bags.
