10/19-10/20/24 If there was a way to put 0 stars, that would definitely happen. As one of the past reviews previously said, a year ago at that, there is an infestation at this hotel. I was woken up in the middle of the night with itchiness on my arm. After further investigation of why I had so many bumps on my arm, I pulled the covers back and BOOM.. a bed bug. I woke my daughter up immediately and saw another bed bug in her bed all taking place at 2 AM in the morning. I then called downstairs to the front desk to inform (the front desk worker) about this issue and her first response was we can give you new sheets. When has new sheets ever cured bed bugs? Then I proceeded to state that I wanted to talk to the manager which I was told, " I don't want to wake her up.", as though fearful of Manager. I persisted that she call the manager and finally said there is nothing they can do and that there were no other rooms available. They provided no other options or support. I immediately checked out at 2 AM and have literally been on the road for the past 6 hours back home. The overall concern is bringing the infestation back to my home. I would NEVER recommend this place EVER to ANYONE.
