I stayed here one night (9/28/24-9/29/24) with my girlfriend. When we woke up on the morning of 9/29/24, I noticed several small bloody spots on the sheets. We checked ourselves and couldn't find any cuts or scrapes that might have been bleeding, so we assumed the spots may have been old stains. We were not aware that this is a sign of bed bugs. We checked out around 10am. Two days later (10/1/24), my girlfriend had 30+ red itchy bites appear all over her body. These bites look like exactly like the photos that show up when you search the internet for bed bug bites. I called the hotel shortly after and notified them that the room we stayed in likely had bed bugs. The desk worker apologized and told me the manager would call me back. I received a call from the manager a couple of hours later. He confirmed that they had found signs of bed bugs in our room and was apologetic. He told me that I was being refunded for my stay. He also mentioned that exterminators would be there the next day. My refund processed a couple of days later. As of today (10/7/24), my girlfriend's bites are still red and extremely itchy and have shown little to no improvement. We did not stay in any other hotels during our trip.
