Discovered bedbug bites all over children at 8:30am on 9/1/2024. Then checked the beds & found blood, black spots, bugs all over bedding. We checked in on 8/30/24 & we’re told there was a “housekeeping problem” & would have to move to another room. We were still put in room 220 with the infested bunk beds. On 9/1/24 the housekeeper told us no one should have been put in that room. She was the only one who seemed to be concerned. Hotel offered to run our clothes in the dryer & bag them up. They comped one of our rooms but not the other. After how bad the reactions were we wouldn’t stay there any longer & has to eat the cost of one night. I can’t sleep in a building knowing there is a BEDBUG infestation that the hotel doesn’t take seriously.
