Stayed from 2am--11am August 6, 2024 in room 223. I believe the bedbugs were in a throw pillow that I used to sleep with between my knees (I am a side sleeper and use a pillow to reduce stress on my knees and hips). I believe they were not in the bed because my wife did not receive any bites, but I had hundreds of bites upon waking. Since we were only there to sleep a bit before our delayed flight home, I was unable to contact the general manager as he was not on site, but did tell the desk clerks about the horrible experiences; they gave me his business card. I emailed as soon as I got home but did not receive a response for over 2 days! He basically called me a liar and stated they had the bed in that room "tested" somehow and found no bedbugs. I had already told him I think they were in the pillow, not the bed since my wife had no bites. I sent pictures documenting the bites but either he didn't receive them or dismissed them. I responded back to him immediately but again it has been over 2 days since then and no response!
