August 2024, The apartment complex did a "routine" pest inspection and then two weeks later said they didn't like the first inspectors and hired another. Since then we have found bed bugs in our apartment we are covered in bites. They are coming in from the front door and kitchen area. Put a work order in They never called us or emailed us so my husband called and they said they are trying to get pest control here... still nothing. Reported it to the state. Been cleaning nonstop since.
