My daughter at the corner of her eye saw something crawl under her pillow. So she got up off her bed and noticed there were 5 more at feet of the mattress. She notified me and as we were checking around we noticed 2 more crawling on the other pillows. I checked the other queen size bed and there was one crawling on the sheets. We notified staff immediately, but could not accommodate us for another room immediately. Instead we were told that we were going to be moved until someone else checks out. Since some of my daughters clothes were on the carpet we decided to ask the front desk for a garbage bag to insulate her and my mom’s clothes in there unfortunately the front desk said they were checking in customers at 3am couldn’t bring us a bag right away we instead went downstairs to get it, where we found that he was not checking anyone in. Besides that, we had to launder clothes and dry clothes at 330 in the morning. Upon arriving at the laundry room we opened the bag and found one bed bug that worked his way into my daughters and moms clothes that was floor. It was the most disgusting and disturbing situation we’ve ever had to deal with. 08/04/2024
