Happened June 28, 2024. The manager sent me to an affiliated property who turned me away claiming no affiliation despite the truth. I checked in and everything seemed fine for the most part. I took a nap and work up feeling itchy and uncomfortable. When I pulled back the bed-sheets I found a bedbug. I promptly reported it to the person at the front desk who called his manager. They were booked for the weekend and offered a refund, but it's 3am and I needed a place to stay right then. His manager sends me to an affiliated location (Golfer's Inn) that seems accommodating until I inquired about a refund. I was told to leave and that if I didn't they would call the police. Others need to know that these businesses are connected and to avoid potential bedbug infestation.
