May 31st, 2024, mid afternoon. Found bedbugs crawling around on our bed while we were lying there. Took multiple pictures and videos of it. I can submit these, too, and would be happy to do so. We captured it, and showed it to the front desk lady, maintenance guy, and general manager. The maintenance man was friendly, but the general manager was condescending at best. Not a very friendly man, and seemed to "not be able to do anything" meaningful about giving us any assistance to move somewhere else for the night to make our flight in the morning. Was just going to put us in another room, but clearly I did not want to do that. Especially after looking at reviews online where plenty of other folks had bed bugs. Said he would call the pest control folks at EcoLab on Tuesday and that they were closed on Friday at 3pm. Did reluctantly say he would pay my dry cleaning bill after I asked for it, but man he was very unfriendly and inconsiderate of our situation. Like having to deal with this (AKA do his job) somehow ruined his day. Definitely an unkind individual who shouldn't be handling customer service complaints of this magnitude.
