Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

We stayed at this location for a state track and field, 5/3/2024 to 5/4/2024 we woke up to bed bugs in both beds, I immediately called the front desk and ask for a manager to come to the room and the front desk lady stated there were no managers available and would come to my room, once she got there she stated " Oh we never had a bug problem maybe you guys brought them here", this statement was completely unprofessional. I said excuse me, she said we never have any complaints about bugs let alone bed bugs, I asked her to get a manager so I can speak to him or her, she stated "THERE'S NO MANAGEMENT HERE AND THE OWNER IS OUT OF TOWN IN New York City AND I'm NOT GOING TO BE BOTHER HIM WITH THIS!"
