April 2024. Multiple units in the apartment complex, for many months now, have been dealing with bed bugs. One unit found an infestation in their recliner, then days later a few in different chair, then days later several in the tub, 1 month later still finding them. One unit found one in bed bug trap, week later on recliner, 2wks later on couch, 1wk later recliner, 1month later trap, 2days later crawling on arm, 2wks later on electrical outlet, 1month later on pillow and STILL occasionally finding them. One unit had an infestation in mattress. One unit had an infestation in couch. The first contact to resolve the issue was made in January 2024 with no action taken. Infestation was acknowledged mid April but no action was taken. Currently sign has been posted stating they will be checking apartments April 30th. From Jan to today, April 27th, bed bugs have been reported. Only action taken is Inspection and acknowledgement from Office personnel. Tenants have had no choice but to buy spray and have been reprimanded for it. Plus still have bugs.
