April 23 stay, I am writing to formally report an issue that has significantly impacted my stay at this establishment. Despite the generally satisfactory conditions, I have unfortunately encountered a problem with bed bugs in my room. I have personally delivered a sample of the bug to the front desk and have documented evidence of the infestation through photographs. It is my understanding that it is the responsibility of the hotel management to ensure a safe and healthy environment for all guests. This includes taking prompt and effective action to prevent health hazards such as bed bug infestations. I must stress the urgency of this matter, as I have suffered bites from these pests, which has led to the distressing necessity of cutting my hair. I am concerned about the potential health risks and the continued spread of the infestation. They threaten to call police because I complained again that the massive spread of bed bugs and they witnessed them and asked me to leave with no refund. I got an incident report number.
