Bed bugs found in our room on Fri Feb 16. Brought to attention of front desk who said they would put a service call in to change our bedding. More bugs found on Sat Feb 17 so we brought live bug in a cup to show front desk and we were told they couldn’t do anything since hotel was already oversold. Was told by night staff to wait until 7am to talk to day shift staff. The day shift agent advised we could check out early. At check-out, another guest was complaining about bed bugs and had visible bites on her neck. Was laughed at that the bugs wouldn’t survive the trip to her home state. Front desk seemed nonchalant about the issue and didn’t seem too concerned.
