1/27/24 I checked in and before being completely settled in my daughter complained about itching, I told her take her jacket off and I would remove her tag. I cut the tag off then went to lie down and was bit by bed bug twice on my arm but was small red and on pillow , I called downstairs to let receptionist know he said he would come up there and bring me a key for another from . I went to room 418 and pulled the mattress up and there were a few at red small bed bugs crawling around. I just got here today and suppose to check out tomorrow. The receptionist wants to keep switching rooms and mention that they can’t dismiss homeless people that pay as if that’s a reason or excuse. It is now after 12:30 p.m me and my 4 year old daughter are in the lobby waiting for our ride and still wasn’t refunded or compensated for the matter, wouldn’t even give plastic bags so I can protect my things in cart while waiting for ride.
