12/31/2023 Got ready for bed around 10pm, pulled the sheets back in room 233 and there were 3 distinct hairs in the bed that did not come from us. Then saw a bedbug walking across the fitted sheet. We immediately packed up and went downstairs. I also called the Marriott 800#. Only offer was for another room in the same hotel. Hard pass. They wouldn’t move us to another Marriott property without an up-charge. Front desk clerk was very apologetic and refunded our money. We left and checked into another hotel. Obviously the bed was only made after the previous guest. Sheets were not changed or washed. Live bedbug walking across sheet. We videoed it.
