12-16-23 at approximately 11 o’clock pm we checked into our hotel, room 420. We noticed bedbugs on the sheets, we called management. They moved us to room 105 told us that they would comp us for the room that they are sorry. They never comped us for the room. We went to bed, woke up the next morning, looked into the drawer and found another bed bug in a different room (105).
