Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

October 15, 2023 Found the bedbugs in the middle of the night. Went to desk and told them I was leaving due to bugs. I showed them a photo. Since I booked through a 3rd party he said he couldn’t refund me. My 3rd party contacted the hotel and they have not yet refunded me. I called the hotel personally yesterday and the employee said there we no reports of bed bugs and I explained. She suggested I had flea bites and said she would check the room and contact me as she rudely hung up the phone before the conversation was over. She did not call back. I have yet to talk to a manager. They always say one isn’t available.
