Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Our group arrived Thursday 9/21/23 to attend our annual get together (the last 15+yrs) and enjoy the cranberry festival. We pay in full in advance every year to secure the Villa and golf carts. We awoke the next morning, 9/22/23 to all loft beds infested with bed bugs and blood smears. Pictures were taken and some of the insects collected (evidence) in Ziploc bag. Packed everything up to vacate and deposited into the back of a pickup truck. Proceeded to spend the entire day at a laundry mat high heat washing and disinfecting everything. Eradicator bed bug spray purchased and everything else treated. When reported they would not refund the entire amount. They wanted us to move to another cabin.
