Stayed in room 1018, a 2br suite, from 9/18. Woke up 9/19 with multiple bedbug (6+) bites, mostly concentrated on feet. Informed manager, who asked me to remove my shoes and socks so she could photograph the bites (weird). The cleaning staff checked the room and "found nothing" but changed the sheets and cleaned the room. I washed everything I had packed that night, including makeup bag, etc and steamed the inside of my suitcase with a hot iron, and kept everything off the floor on a hard surface. I asked for a room change that evening, which was denied, but they did send someone up to change sheets on the other bed I hadn't slept in. I slept in the other bed that night and woke up on 9/20 with MORE (6+) bites, mostly on feet. I packed my suitcase and informed the manager again, who asked AGAIN to see my bites so she could photograph them. I showed her one on my wrist but declined to remove my shoes and socks for the second time, and requested a new room for my final night. Director of the hotel called me later that day and said pest control had come out and found nothing and that she had seen the pictures the manager had taken of my bites. I reiterated that I was uncomfortable staying in the room and asked to be moved, and stated I was fine with a smaller room -- whatever was available. The director said that was fine and that I could pick up the key card to my new room at the desk that night. When I asked for the key later that night (9pm) the night manager informed me that there were "no rooms" in the whole hotel so I could go back to room 1018 or they could refund the night. Definitely will not be staying here again.
