We checked in Saturday, September 16th. We got there early afternoon and dropped out stuff off then went up to the boardwalk. We came back at night and my cousin went to lay in their bed and said they felt itchy. When they showed us their leg they had red bumps in a trail that looked like bites. So we pulled the covers down and saw 4 different bed bugs crawling around the top of the sheet. We immediately packed our bags and went down stairs to check out and the associate at the front did not seem surprised at all and told us the manager would call us back and that we would get a refund. We called the next day, the lady at the desk was so RUDE. She told us we did not know what we were talking about and that room service did not see anything when they cleaned the room. She told us the manager would be calling us the next day. So once again the next day we end up calling again and still no manager to talk to.
