We checked into our room on Saturday, September 2nd around 3 and we had 2 rooms that were together. We did notice when we first got there a bunch of mattresses outback when we were going up the ramp but we thought maybe they were remodeling. There was a bedbug crawling up the wall and we killed it. We got to looking around and found a dead bedbug also. We also found other dead bugs. We took them to the front desk and front desk was extremely rude and she told us that they had bedbugs the last week and got new mattresses. She couldn’t refund us since we went through booking.com. We have contacted booking.com and they have called the hotel and front desk G hangs up on them both times. G asked us to lie and tell booking.com that all the bugs were dead but we told her we wouldn’t be lying about it. I have also reported this to the local health dept.
