Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

August 19, 2023 reserved room for overnight stay. Around 11:30 pm laid my 3 year old grand daughter down to sleep. About 30 minutes later when I go over to the bed to reposition her head I discovered a bed bug on the pillow near her head. My daughter snatched up my grand daughter and we left the hotel. I returned the next morning to check out and inform them of the bugs along with pics we took. I was told they would call their vendor to come take a look and that a manager would give me a call on Monday. Never received that call. When I called and finally got the manager he told me he hadn’t heard anything back from his vendor regarding their check of room 311. I asked him what did that have to do with me. He said all he could do was take my name and number. If you choose to patronize this hotel do so at your own risk.
