Arrived August 2 and checked out August 6, 2023. After the first night noticed bed bug bites on my daughter, myself, and her father. Hands, arms, neck, face. We inspected and found casings in the rooms and well as blood smear. At first they moved our rooms and floor and told us they would comp the first night. Upon checkout that did not happen. There was no note and nobody ever followed up. When I was rightfully irritated by the situation the person at the desk pretended to process my refund and mishear my email repeatedly then just hung up on me and continued to put me on hold. Kept telling me to calm down. This is not a calm down situation. I've contacted the Fairfax Health Department, the Wyndham corporate offices, the BBB, and have let anyone we know at the convention we drove hours to get to to check themselves and their belonging and report back to the hotel that should have taken steps to accommodate everyone and address a serious issue. They just wanted to sweep it under the rug.
