Arrived to this hotel Friday Oct 6, 2023 and departed Sunday, Oct 8, 2023. By Sunday, I was already in immense discomfort from bedbug itching. On Monday, I went to the ER and was given 2 emergency prescriptions along with ointment. I hadn't slept in 2 days. After contacting the hotel, the General Manager promised to escalate my complaint. However, that was a week ago and they are now saying that they are awaiting an investigation. I'm not sure what additional proof they need, but i have pictures and receipts and will be pressing charges for their negligence.

Found bedbugs in his hotel room on Monday, July 17, and immediately notified the hotel staff. Unfortunately, it's been a week and his contaminated belongings still haven't been treated. We had been trying to communicate with GM but he has abruptly left his job as general manager. Hotel staff has no idea how to handle the problem and they have just moved rooms - now four times. They will not allow us access to our belongings in the room; however - they will NOT treat them. They are insulting and not helpful. We had to buy our own bags to bag our items in the room. Marriott customer service has repeatedly instructed me to reach out to hotel management to address my issues and I have, but hotel management made it clear that they still are unable to find a solution. My experience has been awful and I hope that the Marriott organization understands the imperative to make this right.
