Booked several rooms at this Super 8 hotel on 7/10/23 for a one night stay. Rooms 303, 305, and 200 all had bed bugs. In my room #303, I woke up at 1:00 a.m. to find bed bugs crawling on me in the bed. Checked the other bed in the room and it also had bed bugs crawling in it as well as dead bugs. Notified the front desk immediately and they did not appear surprised or even concerned. They even asked how did I know they were bed bugs. I told them they were crawling on me in the bed and that I killed several of the bugs and left them on the night stand next to the bed if they wanted to see for themselves. The front desk then offered to put me in a different room and I declined and immediately checked out of the hotel and went to a different hotel in the middle of the night. I told the front desk I wanted a refund of my room, but did not get a refund. The reservation was booked using Hotwire. Next day, found out that my travel companions who had stayed in rooms 305 and 200 at this Super 8 hotel, also found bed bugs in their rooms, woke up with bite marks on their legs. The hotel management did not seem concerned whatsoever and I doubt they will do anything to clean up their hotel. Very disgusted and will never stay at that hotel again. This Super 8 hotel should be closed and thoroughly fumigated.
