I booked to stay from June 9-12. I checked the first night when I got there, and I didn’t see anything. But then I woke up with bug bites all over my body and thought maybe mosquitoes in Kentucky were just crazy. Half way on my second day I think they got into my suitcase because I changed into my swimsuit to go sit beside the pool they have, and I was getting bit up out there. That second night I got back to my room around 11:30pm I thought let me check my bed again and I found one bedbug and watched it move around. I immediately, called the hotel staff downstairs and told him that they would need to fix it and move me somewhere else. I then packed up my stuff and went down to the lobby after the person working told me they needed five minutes to call their manager to find out what to do. I stood in the lobby and planned where to go next. I left the hotel. I couldn’t stay, they were not helpful in accommodating me and I still haven’t received a refund. They said sorry after I had called but not while I was covered in bites in their lobby. Embarrassing

Bed bugs found in bed on October 23 at bedtime. Have bites on body despite switching rooms. Staff didn’t seem overly concerned or offered a refund.
