May 27th into 28th 2023 130am Brought dead bug to front office where they informed me they're completely booked for the evening and can not move my room. No where to go in the area as everything was booked. Woke up at 130 am to find 2 bedbugs crawling on me, In the other bed my grandmother was bitten near the eye and her eye swelled shut. No compensation, moved to a new room the next morning.

Checked in August 25 and checked out August 28, 2023. Upon leaving hotel Monday morning I noticed bites all over me. I've reached out to management and corporate. They had room checked on August 30 stating they don't have bed bugs. I'm sorry I know they do, I have went to doctor and have confirmed bed bug bites, they will not refund stay

October 27, 2023. Just got to room and bedbugs were crawling all over the bed. Also a roach on the wall. Showed front desk pictures, they refused to refund. We left and had to book another room else where. Charged 20$ for a pillow I sat outside the door as bedbugs were crawling on it. Next day staff was rude when requested a refund that I still haven’t received.

April 17 and 18, 2024. Woke up Thurs morning with bites all over, saw bed bug crawling on pillow, took video up to front desk, gave us another room Thurs night, woke up bites all over, went to front desk showed clerk my bites he move us to room 108 had him stay there while i pulled sheets to check and another bed bug was crawling on the sheets, he moved us to room 324 for the last 2 nights of our stay and that room was good. Tried to reach manager to discuss about the first 2 nights stay but every day gave me a run around, I have pics of the 3 rooms with bugs and clerk saw the bugs in 2 rooms. Very rude people there. I Contested my card for the first 2 nights also complained to Wyndham corporate, now I will contact the health dept.
